The emails and WhatsApp messages we send, when, and how consent controls them.
Effective date and version: September 20, 2026 (Version 1.0). This document is available in English only and forms part of, and shall be read together with, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
1.1 This Policy explains the messages Khypri AI (the “Company”) sends by email and WhatsApp and expands Section 12 of the Privacy Policy and Section 2.4 of the Terms of Service. Messages are sent only to the Account Holder and never to a child.
2.1 The Company sends three kinds of message:
3.1 The consents are recorded for each Account Holder. Before a promotional email is sent the Company checks that the Account Holder has opted in, and where consent cannot be confirmed the message is not sent. Progress updates are sent only where they have been switched on.
3.2 Critical child-safety alerts are sent under the required Essential alerts consent and are not withheld because of a marketing choice.
3.3 Each message sent by WhatsApp uses a message template approved by Meta, and the outcome of each send is recorded together with the consent status at the time.
4.1 Optional consents can be switched off at any time in the account settings, and take effect immediately. Every promotional email links to the account settings. The Account Holder may also write to dpo@khypri.com.
4.2 Required consents cannot be switched off while the Account exists; they end when the Account is deleted.
