Acceptable Use Policy

What may and may not be done on the Platform.

Effective date and version: September 20, 2026 (Version 1.0). This document is available in English only and forms part of, and shall be read together with, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose

1.1 This Policy expands Section 5 of the Terms of Service and applies to every Account Holder and to every Student who uses the Platform under an Account.

2. Prohibited Conduct

2.1 A user shall not, and shall not help another person to:

  1. reverse-engineer the Platform or try to extract its system prompts, models or underlying code;
  2. use scrapers, bots or other automated means to download question banks or other content in bulk;
  3. use AI Output to train or evaluate other machine-learning models, or to build a competing educational product;
  4. use the Platform to generate malware, deepfakes, or hateful, unlawful, defamatory, or sexually explicit material (prohibited under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 [BNS Sections 356, 294, 336, 318, 196] and legacy IPC provisions), including through adversarial prompting;
  5. bypass or interfere with the Company’s safety systems, age checks, access controls or security;
  6. share login details or use another person’s Account;
  7. submit the personal information of another person, or content the user has no right to submit; or
  8. otherwise use the Platform in a way that breaks the law or harms other users.

3. Children Using the Platform

3.1 The Account Holder is responsible for supervising the child’s use of the Platform.

3.2 Conversations with the AI tutor are automatically checked for signs of serious risk to the child’s safety, as described in Section 4.3 of the Privacy Policy and in the Safety Policy. Attempts to disable or avoid that checking are a breach of this Policy.

3.3 Closed Educational Sandbox. The Platform is engineered as a secure, closed-loop educational sandbox. Users and students shall not attempt to induce the AI tutor to output third-party internet hyperlinks, unvetted web URLs, or external AI service references.

3.4 Fair Use, Automated Rate Limiting & Anti-Circumvention. To preserve infrastructure stability, prevent scripted scraping or automated credential abuse, and ensure equitable access across all learners, automated velocity controls and usage quotas are enforced per Account pursuant to Section 7.5 of the Terms of Service:
(a) Olli AI Tutor: maximum ten (10) requests per minute and two hundred and fifty (250) requests per hour;
(b) Lumi MCQ Generator: maximum two hundred and fifty (250) test marks per hour;
(c) Axis Paper Generator: maximum five hundred (500) exam marks per 24 hours; and
(d) Axis Subjective Evaluation: exactly one (1) lifetime evaluation per Account on the Free Tier, and up to ten (10) evaluations per rolling thirty (30) day period per Account on Paid Subscriptions (shared across all registered student profiles).
(e) Anti-Circumvention & Sybil Attack Prohibition: Creating multiple, disposable, or alias accounts to circumvent the single-evaluation lifetime cap of the Free Tier, using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to bypass velocity limits, or sharing account credentials across multiple families constitutes a material breach of this Policy and Section 5 of the Terms of Service. Any Account found engaging in circumvention shall be subject to immediate permanent suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated tokens without refund.

4. Enforcement

4.1 On becoming aware of a breach of this Policy, the Company may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate the Account, and, where the law requires or a child’s safety is at risk, inform the Account Holder or a competent authority.

4.2 Suspected breaches may be reported to support@khypri.com. A person whose Account has been suspended or terminated may write to the same address to ask for the decision to be reviewed.
