1.1 Khypri AI (the “Company”) operates the Platform strictly and exclusively as a direct-to-consumer service for individual Account Holders (parents/guardians) and students for personal, family-based educational use. The Company does not cater to, sell to, or contract directly with schools, academic institutions, or enterprise educational bodies.
2.1 The Company does not offer institutional accounts, enterprise licensing, or school-administered student profiles. All Accounts and Student profiles are created, managed, and controlled solely by the individual Account Holder (parent or legal guardian) in accordance with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
3.1 For all personal data processed on the Platform, the Company acts directly as the Data Fiduciary (under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) and Data Controller (under applicable data protection law) based on the direct consent of the individual Account Holder. The Company does not process data under third-party institutional instructions or school-level data processing addenda.
