How to cancel a subscription and how refund requests are reviewed.
Effective date and version: September 20, 2026 (Version 1.0). This document is available in English only and forms part of, and shall be read together with, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
1.1 This Policy expands Sections 7 and 8 of the Terms of Service. It applies to paid plans and subscriptions bought through the Platform. Payments are processed by Razorpay; the Company does not store card details.
1.2 Statutory Payment Framework: Digital payment processing, recurring e-mandates, 24-hour pre-debit alerts, card tokenization, and auto-debit cancellations comply with the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Digital Payment Security Guidelines.
2.1 Recurring payments are made under the Reserve Bank of India’s e-mandate framework: the mandate is registered with an additional factor of authentication, a pre-debit notification is sent at least twenty-four (24) hours before each renewal charge, and each mandate carries a fixed amount cap corresponding to the selected plan.
2.2 A subscription may be cancelled at any time:
2.3 Cancellation stops future billing. Every cancellation made from the profile is placed under review for a refund: the Platform tells the Account Holder that the account is under review, the request is examined by the Company's team as described in Section 3, and the outcome (approved, declined, or refunded with the amount) is sent by email and shown on the profile. Deleting the Account also cancels any active subscription immediately, and the subscription is not reinstated if the Account is later restored.
3.1 A service, once purchased, is not eligible for a refund. The subscription grants immediate access to the full Platform, and payments already billed for an active enrolment are not refunded once the service has been accessed.
3.2 The right to grant or refuse a refund, in whole or in part, rests solely with Khypri AI and its organisation (the Company), and each request is decided on the facts of the individual case. Where a genuine issue is raised, including a service deficiency, a material misrepresentation of what was offered, or an extended outage, the Company considers the request, including the actual usage and the tokens or credits consumed on the Account. Where the Company elects to grant a refund, the amount is determined by the Company in that case, in proportion to the unused portion of the subscription and the usage already consumed, and is not an automatic full refund.
3.3 The Company’s decision on a refund request, and on the amount, is final and binding on the Account Holder in that case. A decision in one case does not create any entitlement or precedent in another. Placing a request under review is not a promise that a refund will be paid. Nothing in this Policy limits any right of a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law that cannot be excluded.
4.1 Send the request to support@khypri.com with the account details and the reason for the request. The Company aims to respond within five (5) business days.
4.2 An approved refund is returned to the original payment method. The time taken for it to appear depends on the customer’s bank and the payment provider.
4.3 Taxes, including GST, are charged in addition to listed prices and are dealt with in accordance with applicable law. A dispute about a refund decision is subject to Sections 17 and 18 of the Terms of Service.
